What is the CryRoom podcast?

The CryRoom is a career coaching podcast designed to help entry level to mid-level career professionals in navigating the inevitable challenges that arise throughout their careers.

Who are the CryRoom Hosts?

The CryRoom is hosted by Ella Irwin, former VP of Product at Twitter (now X) and Jess Anderson, VP of Cloud Engineering at the Federal Reserve.   Ella and Jess have decades of experience leading teams at large and small organizations, across multiple industries including technology, financial services and healthcare.  They have coached and mentored hundreds of people throughout their careers, helping them build and develop the skills needed for success. This podcast was developed to scale their guidance and reach a broader audience.
